Customer Review: Very poor packagingI agree thoroughly with the other reviewers who commented on how poorly packed the thermal glasses are. One glass was broken in the first shipment, and one was shattered in the replacement order. Since I hadn't yet returned the first shipment, you can guess what I did. This was a convenient solution and I don't regret going against my initial judgment, ordering this combo of French press and glasses. The press is sturdy and, for my taste, makes the best cup of coffee.
Customer Review: As good as all the hype
I bought this for myslef after doing some research for a gift. I was somewhat skeptical about this great coffee everyone was talking about. I drank the koolaid an have become a believer!! The coffee is better and for the money you can't go wrong with this choice. Just buy it already.
